Return – change policy
The customer has the right to withdraw from the distance contracts based on Law 2251/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891 / 2013) stating that he can return the products he has bought from the online store. because he simply changed his mind, within fourteen (14) days of receiving them.
In any case, return and replacement is possible under the following conditions:

The products to be replaced or returned must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product and together with all the documents that accompanied the product (eg from .Retail etc.).
Ways to Return / Change:
- Product Shipping / Return
You can send the product with Elta Courier or with the General Post Office and a total charge of 7 €, when you are not satisfied with the product.

To complete the process, a prerequisite is the receipt of the returned product by us.
- Refund
In case of refund, the process is done no later than ten (10) working days from the date of receipt and shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Order cancellation, before sending.

- Defective Product
We replace the product, with our own shipping charge:
If we sent you the wrong item in relation to your order, we will send you what you ordered otherwise if it no longer exists you can request a refund or choose any other product of the same or higher value.
If the product is defective (although we always check the product before posting it). Defective product is replaced only by another identical one. It will be sent to you immediately (ie within a few days).
